How we ran
the gates.

01

Two days, back to back

The full gate operation on Saturday and again on Sunday, with the team re-briefed and repositioned before doors each morning.

02

Built for 50,000 a day

Gates, lanes and queues planned around peak arrivals, working closely with event control to direct fans to the quickest entrance.

03

A manager on every gate

Gate managers on every entrance, with our Gate Operations Manager, Charlie Curtis, overseeing the whole operation.

04

Accessible entry

Staff and security briefed so accessible customers had a smooth, quick journey from arrival to inside, both days.
