ROLES WE RECRUIT FOR
Supporting senior site managers on build, show and break. Contractor liaison, schedule monitoring, incident escalation and general site oversight.
Managing entry points, accreditation processes and crowd flow. Coordinating security, ticket scanners and volunteer teams across all access points.
Supporting bar management across multi-bar festival sites. Stock handling, team coordination, service management and end-of-night reconciliation.
Coordinating vehicle movements, supplier logistics and transport scheduling across build and break phases. Comms-based role requiring strong organisational skills.
Supporting audience welfare operations, accessibility provision and medical liaison across festival sites. Calm, empathetic and experienced in live environments.
Flexible operational support across a range of event types and roles. Ideal for experienced all-rounders who are comfortable working across different departments.
