Our Role
We ran the gates.
- Planned entry: gates, lanes and queues built around a headline-show arrival rush, working closely with event control to direct fans to the quickest entrance.
- A gate manager on every entrance, with our Gate Operations Manager, Charlie Curtis, overseeing the full gate operation.
- Accessible entry: staff and security briefed so accessible customers had a smooth, quick journey from arrival to inside.
- Handed over to security on time, with last entry and hard close held to schedule.
First of four shows we worked at the Bowl in ten days.
