Case Study

BOOGIETOWN
FESTIVAL

20,000 Cap · Full Site Operation · JBM Music

Boogietown came to us to take the operational weight off the promoter's shoulders — from first pre-production conversations through to breakdown. We ran it as one continuous operation: planning, build, show and the debrief that follows.

The Brief & The Build

01
Before The Gates Opened

Pre-Planning & Suppliers

Supported the pre-planning, booking in suppliers, building the production schedule. Liaising directly with bar operators on layout and logistics for the shows.

02
Before The Gates Opened

Site Map & Crowd-Flow

Worked through the site map, additional entrances and crowd-flow taking that operational load off the promoter so they could focus on the show itself.

03
Build, Show & Break

First On Site

Our team was first to arrive for site markout, and placed that first crucial flag and stage markout.

04
Build, Show & Break

Full Site Management

Ran the site office, put the accreditation system in place, and led the crew that built the show, ran it, and broke it down. One team, start to finish.

Keeping It On Track & After The Event

05
Through Build & Show

Daily Debriefs

The promoter got a daily debrief throughout so JBM Music always knew exactly where things stood, without having to chase for it.

06
Once The Site Was Clear

Post-Event Review

A full post-event debrief and capturing what worked, what didn't, and concrete recommendations for next year. Every event we deliver feeds the next one.
